Delete Account
You can delete your FamJam account and all associated data from right inside the app, or by emailing us.
📱 In-app deletion (fastest)
- Open FamJam
- Go to Settings → Delete account
- Confirm — your data enters a 30-day grace period, then is permanently erased
During the 30-day grace period you can log back in to restore your account. After that, the deletion is permanent and irreversible.
✉️ Delete by email
Email privacy@stcloud.co from the address you have on file, or include your phone number and we'll call it to verify. Once confirmed, we process the deletion manually.

- Your profile, phone number, display name, date of birth
- All plans you created or participated in
- Friend connections and family links
- Approval records and availability data
- Push notification tokens and session data
Consent records are retained in anonymised form where required by law, but are disassociated from your identity.
